These terms describe Vaolithic Scheduling's operational SMS program and general website use.

Vaolithic Scheduling is owned and operated by Vaolithic, inc.

Program Name

Vaolithic Scheduling Operations Messages.

Program Ownership and Enrollment

Vaolithic exclusively controls recipient enrollment, message templates and content, sending logic, HELP and STOP handling, and support. Authorized users enroll directly with Vaolithic by texting START after reviewing the SMS disclosure. Account administrators cannot enroll another recipient or record verbal consent on that person's behalf. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Vaolithic Scheduling.

Program Description

Vaolithic Scheduling may send low-volume operational text messages to authorized users who have directly opted in. Messages may include open shift requests, callout coverage requests, shift confirmations, clock-in status alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, seventh-day work alerts, and urgent staffing notifications. Messages are not marketing or promotional.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity and staffing needs. Recipients may receive multiple messages during active staffing events.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, HALT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further operational messages will be sent unless you directly enroll again by texting START or UNSTOP.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers may block or delay messages for reasons outside Vaolithic Scheduling's control.
