Vaolithic Scheduling is intended for facility operators, scheduling directors, administrators, and staff members who participate in operational staffing workflows. The product is not a consumer marketing program.

Operational SMS program

Vaolithic Scheduling can send optional operational text messages to staff and administrators who opt in. Messages may include open shift offers, callout coverage requests, shift reminders, schedule changes, availability checks, clock-in alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, and urgent staffing notifications.
