Who uses it

Authorized scheduling directors, administrators, and staff members use Vaolithic Scheduling to participate in operational staffing workflows. The product is not a consumer marketing program.

Operational SMS program

Vaolithic Scheduling can send optional operational text messages to authorized users who enroll directly with Vaolithic by texting START. Vaolithic exclusively controls recipient enrollment, message templates and content, sending logic, HELP and STOP handling, and support. Messages may include open shift offers, callout coverage requests, shift reminders, schedule changes, availability checks, clock-in alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, and urgent staffing notifications.
