Vaolithic Scheduling sends low-volume operational SMS/MMS messages to care facility staff and administrators who have opted in. Messages may include open shift offers, callout coverage requests, shift reminders, shift confirmations, availability checks, clock-in status alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, seventh-day work alerts, and urgent staffing notifications.
Messages are operational only — never marketing or promotional. Recipients can reply YES, NO, or OK when prompted, reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
