SMS program
Vaolithic Scheduling sends low-volume operational SMS/MMS messages to authorized users of its software who enroll directly with Vaolithic by texting START. Vaolithic exclusively controls recipient enrollment, message templates and content, sending logic, HELP and STOP handling, and support. Messages may include open shift offers, callout coverage requests, shift reminders, shift confirmations, availability checks, clock-in status alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, seventh-day work alerts, and urgent staffing notifications.
Messages are operational only — never marketing or promotional. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Vaolithic Scheduling. Recipients can reply YES or NO when prompted, reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
