Live recipient enrollment instructions

Text START to +1 (844) 459-1433

This enrolls the recipient in Vaolithic Scheduling operational texts.

From the mobile phone saved on their own Vaolithic profile, the recipient creates a new text message to the Toll-Free sender below, enters only START, and sends it themselves.

Toll-Free sender +1 (844) 459-1433
Message to send START

This is the sender-specific instruction shown before the disclosure and confirmation workflow documented below. Only the recipient can complete this action; an administrator cannot enroll another person.

Vaolithic provides its toll-free sender to an authorized user through Vaolithic-controlled account onboarding instructions. After reviewing the disclosure below, the user must text START from the mobile phone saved on their own profile. An account administrator cannot enroll a recipient or record verbal consent on the recipient's behalf.

Authorized recipient identity check

The inbound phone must uniquely match one active Vaolithic recipient before messages are enabled. Shared, unknown, or mismatched phones are rejected.

Disclosure shown before the recipient texts START

By texting START, you agree to receive operational scheduling text messages from Vaolithic Scheduling, including open shift offers, callout coverage requests, shift reminders and changes, availability checks, clock-in alerts, overtime or double-time alerts, seventh-day work alerts, and urgent staffing notifications. Message frequency varies with scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not required for employment or use of Vaolithic Scheduling. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent. Privacy Policy: https://vaolithic.com/privacy. What happens after the recipient texts START

Recipient → Vaolithic Scheduling: START
Vaolithic Scheduling → Recipient: Vaolithic Scheduling: You are opted in to operational scheduling messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help at support@vaolithic.com or STOP to opt out.

Vaolithic records the inbound keyword, recipient phone, consent source, and timestamp. Operational messages remain disabled when the inbound phone cannot be matched to one authorized recipient.

How recipients opt in

  1. The recipient signs in to Vaolithic Scheduling or completes Vaolithic onboarding.
  2. Vaolithic presents the SMS disclosure and its toll-free sender during onboarding.
  3. The recipient texts START from the mobile phone saved on their own profile.
  4. Vaolithic verifies a unique active account match and records the inbound consent.
  5. Vaolithic returns the confirmation message before operational messaging begins.

Program ownership and controls

Vaolithic exclusively controls recipient enrollment, message templates and content, sending logic, recipient eligibility, HELP, START, and STOP handling, and support. Account administrators cannot opt recipients in, change the sender identity, or author campaign messages.

How consent is recorded and stored

Vaolithic stores the recipient phone number, matched account, inbound START or UNSTOP keyword, consent source, consent timestamp, and any later STOP-family opt-out event. Shared-phone and identity-mismatch records remain blocked. Administrators may record an opt-out for safety, but they cannot opt a recipient in.
