How We Use Information

We use this information to operate Vaolithic Scheduling, including to:

• display schedules and staffing coverage;
• send operational SMS notifications when a recipient has opted in;
• alert directors or administrators about callouts, open shifts, clock-in status, and overtime risk;
• record activity logs for accountability and operational review;
• maintain security, reliability, and product support.

SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used only to send Vaolithic Scheduling operational messages requested or authorized by the recipient or their organization.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers
